Training workshops for young teachers were held at 3 sites!

Training workshops for young teachers with 3 to 5 years of experience will be held at 5 sites this year.
This month, workshops were held at 3 sites - Kumamoto (on the 13th and 14th), Kanagawa (on the 20th and 21st), and Kyoto (on the 27th and 28th).
At all sites, the instructors gave lessons to the young teachers in near individual format, and created instruction plans for the actual classes for the second semester and after.
In addition, hands-on experiments and outdoor observations were held, improving the participating teachers' skills in ways immediately applicable to the actual classes.
